How It Works
Application to funds, fully explained.
No mystery, no waiting rooms, no jargon. Here's every stage of an Aspire loan — what happens, what we need from you, and how long it takes.
Step 1 · ≈ 5 minutes
Apply online
Complete our short application from any device. You'll tell us which product you need — logbook loans, asset finance or refinancing — the amount (KES 10,000–1,000,000), your preferred period (6–36 months), and a little about yourself.
Tip: run your numbers through the calculator first so you apply for an instalment you're comfortable with.
Step 2 · Same day
Submit your documents
Every product page lists its exact checklist — typically your National ID, KRA PIN certificate, 12 months of M-PESA statements and 6 months of bank statements, plus product-specific items like your original logbook or business registration documents.
For vehicle-secured products, your car is valued at this stage to confirm how much can be advanced (up to 60% of value).
Step 3 · Within hours
Credit review
Our team reviews your application against responsible lending principles: can this loan be repaid comfortably from your income? You'll receive a clear offer — amount, rate, instalment, term and all costs — with nothing hidden in fine print.
For vehicle products, comprehensive insurance is arranged as part of the facility.
Step 4 · Within 24 hours
Funds disbursed
Accept your offer, sign your agreement, and receive your funds. For refinancing, we settle your existing lender directly. The full journey — application to money — completes within 24 hours for complete applications.
After disbursement, our team stays reachable throughout your loan: for statements, early settlement quotes, or if your circumstances change.
